What we collect
When you submit a request, we receive your email address and the answers to a few questions (what you sell, the brands or vertical, geography, and the fields you need). We do not ask for or store payment details on this site — payments happen through a Stripe payment link sent by email.
What we use it for
Your email is used solely to deliver your sample, quote, payment link, and file, and to respond to you from hello@franchisegraph.com. Your request answers tell us which franchise data to build and what fields to deliver.
Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand which pages visitors view and how many complete the intake form. It lets us improve the site. It does not give us your identity beyond the pages you visit.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing. We don't add you to any list beyond the one required to fulfill your request, and we don't buy or append data about you.
Your rights & contact
You can ask us at any time to delete the information you've shared. To do so, or for any privacy question, email hello@franchisegraph.com and we'll handle it promptly.
